How Mahj Up handles your information.

Mahj Up is provided by Mofu Wei. This policy explains how the app handles your information and what happens if you contact us or take part in a TestFlight beta.
Your learning stays on your iPhone
The app does not require an account. It stores your chosen name or nickname, starting experience level, completed lessons and chapters, answers, and current learning or practice position in its local app storage. The current Graduation Check and its latest result are stored there too. Starting a new check replaces the previous result. These records let you continue learning and revisit completed material.
You may use a nickname; a legal name is not needed. The app does not send these learning records to a developer-operated server. It has no advertising, tracking, third-party analytics SDK, or in-app payment system.
Keeping and deleting your records
Your records remain in local app storage until you clear them or the storage is removed. To start over, open Your profile → On this iPhone → Reset learning, then confirm. This clears the profile and learning records managed by the app. Relearning a lesson does not clear your completed progress.
The app does not provide its own cross-device sync or backup service. Apple device backups can separately include app data, depending on your settings. Clearing records in the app does not edit an older device backup. Deleting the app can remove the local records, and we cannot restore them from a developer server. When you contact support
If you choose to contact us, we receive the contact details, message, and any attachments you send. We use them to respond and investigate the issue. Please omit private information that is not needed to explain the problem. Support correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law. You can request deletion of correspondence using the contact below.
TestFlight beta testing
TestFlight is an Apple service with separate data handling. During beta testing, Apple automatically collects crash and usage information and shares it with the app developer. Feedback you submit is also shared; it may include your contact details and screenshots. We use the information Apple makes available to investigate issues and improve the beta, and do not share TestFlight information with third parties. Copies we retain are kept only as long as needed for that work, unless required by law. Apple manages retention within its service. Read TestFlight & Privacy for details.
Apple services and this website
Apple separately operates the App Store, device backups, and system diagnostics under its own policies. The absence of an analytics SDK in this app does not mean those Apple services collect no information.
These support pages contain no advertising or analytics scripts. This website is hosted by Netlify. When you visit, the hosting service processes technical request information, which may include your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time, to deliver and secure the pages. Provider-managed operational logs are retained under the hosting service’s applicable policies and service arrangements; we do not maintain a separate visitor analytics database. Service providers
Hosting, email and platform providers process information as needed to deliver their services. Support messages and diagnostic information are used to respond to requests, investigate problems and improve the app. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Contact and changes
For privacy questions or a request about information you have sent to us, contact team@pan-ir.art. We cannot read or delete the app’s local records remotely; use the in-app controls for those records.
